Welcome to PONTTUAL, your complete solution for urban mobility, offering transport services via cars,
motorcycles, and trailers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
PONTTUAL mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering,
accessing, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. User Account Registration
- Create an account using your phone number, email address, or Google account.
- Be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal requirements of your local jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.
2. Use of Services
PONTTUAL offers mobility services including but not limited to:
- Car rides
- Motorcycle rides
- Trailer bookings for goods transportation
The services are available 24/7, subject to driver availability.
Booking Process:
- Set your pickup location and destination.
- Select the preferred type of transport.
- View estimated fare (subject to change based on real-time conditions).
- Confirm your booking to connect with a nearby driver.
- Track the driver in real-time via the app.
3. Safety and Verification
- Always verify the vehicle details and driver identity before starting a trip.
- The app will generate a unique verification code to be confirmed with the driver.
- Never board a vehicle without confirming this code for safety reasons.
4. Payments and Charges
- Payment options include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash (where available).
- Automatic payment will occur for digital payment methods at the end of the ride.
- You agree to pay all applicable charges including taxes and additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel a trip before the driver arrives, but cancellation charges may apply.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our Refund Policy and may take several business days.
6. User Conduct
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Treat drivers and other users with respect and courtesy.
- Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- Do not misuse the app, including reverse engineering or unauthorized access.
7. Driver-Partner Responsibility
While PONTTUAL connects users with drivers, each driver operates as an independent third-party contractor.
PONTTUAL is not liable for:
- The condition of the vehicle.
- Conduct or behavior of the driver.
- Items lost during the journey.
For any issues, users can report via the support section in the app.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy
Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service provision,
safety, and user experience improvement.
9. Service Availability and Updates
- PONTTUAL may modify or discontinue services at any time.
- We may update the app to improve performance or security.
- You may be required to download the latest version to continue use.
10. Limitation of Liability
PONTTUAL is not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays or failures due to external events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
- Issues arising from third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:
- You breach these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Your account is inactive for a prolonged period.
